The Alabama Academy of Family Physicians invites medical professionals in the state to register now for the 2024 Fall Forum scheduled for the weekend of Saturday, December 14, and Sunday, December 15. Attendees can earn eight hours of CME on Saturday and another eight hours by completing the KSA on Sunday for a total of 16 hours!
