The Alabama Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) is thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for resident physician members planning to attend the upcoming 2025 Fall Forum CME event. AAFP is offering scholarships to 15 residents to cover hotel room costs for the duration of the event. In order to cover these costs, a grant was provided by the Alabama Family Practice Rural Health Board.

The Fall Forum will take place on Saturday, December 13, and Sunday, December 14, 2025, at the Montgomery Marriott Prattville Hotel & Conference Center at Capitol Hill in Prattville, Alabama. This event will deliver CME programming while fostering connections with like-minded professionals in family medicine.

Scholarship Details:

• Eligibility: Scholarships are available for resident physician members of AAFP
• Coverage: Selected recipients will have their hotel room costs covered during their stay at the Marriott Prattville Hotel.
• Application: Interested residents are encouraged to fill out the below form

• Scholarship Application Deadline: Apply by October 31—spaces are limited!
