What an incredible weekend we had at the Alabama Academy of Family Physicians Fall Forum! The Montgomery Marriott Prattville Hotel & Conference Center was buzzing with energy as we gathered for a fantastic event filled with learning and fellowship.

Saturday was a whirlwind of clinical updates, with engaging sessions covering a vast range of topics from pediatric GI and cardiology to sports medicine and urology. We also gained practical insights from essential updates on evidence-based medicine, addiction medicine, and medical coding. The learning continued on Sunday with a focused and collaborative Knowledge Self-Assessment, allowing for a deep dive into the management of Diabetes. We extend our sincere gratitude to all of our outstanding speakers for sharing their expertise and making the educational sessions so valuable.

Beyond the lecture hall, the spirit of camaraderie was truly the highlight. The bustling exhibit hall was the heart of our gathering, providing a perfect space for meals, breaks, and reconnecting with colleagues from across the state. It was wonderful to share stories, exchange ideas, and simply enjoy the company of fellow family physicians.
